Our guidelines protect the spiritual focus, safety, and shared experience of everyone at camp.

Phones and personal electronics

Camper cell phones are collected at check-in and returned at departure. Please leave music players, radios, and unnecessary electronics at home.

Dress and personal items

Please follow the camp dress guidelines and avoid clothing or belongings with suggestive wording, secular bands, or inappropriate advertising.

Behavior and supervision

Campers must follow staff directions, remain in approved areas, respect others and campground property, and participate in the camp schedule.

Prohibited substances

Tobacco, alcohol, narcotics, vaping products, and related items are not permitted.

Camp cost

One fee for the full week.

The fee helps cover campground rental, lodging, meals, camp programming, and the shared experience throughout the week.

Checks are preferred and should be payable to Heritage Youth Camp, with “2026” in the memo line.

The final arrival window and check-in instructions will be shared with registered families. Check-in takes place at Emmanuel Holiness Campground.

Before you arrive.

The registration form collects the detailed medical, contact, and consent information camp staff need.

Who can attend?

Campers ages 6–19 are welcome. Volunteers must be 21 or older. Children under 6 may attend only with a parent or guardian present.

How is medical information handled?

Medical details, medication information, allergies, insurance, consent, and emergency contacts are collected securely during registration.

What about dietary needs?

List dietary restrictions and allergies during registration so camp leadership can coordinate with the kitchen team.

How can a parent reach a camper?

Camp contact information and the appropriate process for urgent communication will be shared during check-in.

Will campers keep their phones?

No. Camper phones are collected at check-in and returned at departure so everyone can remain present and engaged.
