Camper cell phones are collected at check-in and returned at departure. Please leave music players, radios, and unnecessary electronics at home.
Please follow the camp dress guidelines and avoid clothing or belongings with suggestive wording, secular bands, or inappropriate advertising.
Campers must follow staff directions, remain in approved areas, respect others and campground property, and participate in the camp schedule.
Tobacco, alcohol, narcotics, vaping products, and related items are not permitted.
The fee helps cover campground rental, lodging, meals, camp programming, and the shared experience throughout the week.
Checks are preferred and should be payable to Heritage Youth Camp, with “2026” in the memo line.

The final arrival window and check-in instructions will be shared with registered families. Check-in takes place at Emmanuel Holiness Campground.

Campers ages 6–19 are welcome. Volunteers must be 21 or older. Children under 6 may attend only with a parent or guardian present.
Medical details, medication information, allergies, insurance, consent, and emergency contacts are collected securely during registration.
List dietary restrictions and allergies during registration so camp leadership can coordinate with the kitchen team.
